• If you're traveling from Mexico City, Puebla, or Querétaro, you can arrive by car via the Autopista del Sol, with an approximate travel time of 4 to 5 hours from Mexico City depending on traffic and your departure point.
• If you're arriving from another destination in Mexico, you can fly into Acapulco International Airport, located approximately 35 minutes from Casa Lisa.
• Access is available via private vehicle, taxi, or ride-hailing services.
• Parking is available on the property for guests.

At Casa Lisa, we know the best vacations are shared. Your dog is welcome to join you throughout your stay and enjoy the designated areas of the property alongside you, making for a more comfortable and relaxing getaway. To learn about availability and accommodation requirements, we recommend contacting us before making your reservation.

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please keep the following in mind:

• Up to 2 dogs are allowed per stay.
• Each pet must weigh no more than 25 kg.
• Pets must remain on a leash in common areas.
• Guests must remain with their pet during housekeeping service.
• There are no breed restrictions.
• Pets are not permitted in the kitchen or swimming pool.

Your pet's stay is subject to a fee of MXN 350 per night.

In addition, a security deposit of MXN 1,000 will be required upon arrival to cover any potential damages during your stay. At the end of your visit, the property will be inspected, and the deposit will be fully refunded if no damages are identified.
